I tend to not experience this but when I do I know itβs rough ππ¦
Jealousy is a very odd feeling, you know you shouldnβt be having this dread because of others or something but you do. Try to remind yourself that you shouldnβt be yearning for something that might not belong to you :β0
Feeling left out though is even worse though !! And if somebody/a group is making you feel unwanted you should tell them! π»ππΌ they should know how you feel and your feelings are valid!

You seem to be such an optimistic person, like if you pass anyone with problems, their mood would instantly lit up and their problems will be nothing but a speck of dirt to them.
