Completed 9mm Villaboard lining around bath & sealed lining to bath junctions with Sikaflex 11FC.

Shifted 240kg bath into place - six man lift.

Lined ensuite - 9mm Villaboard nailed @ 100mm centres, framing @ 400mm centres. Fixed to cavity slider with Villadrive screws and Bostik Gold adhesive.

Helped G. install internal stairs.

Cut & Laid Hardipanel 18mm Compressed Sheet flooring on raised floor in downstairs ensuite.

Hung front door on Middle-Floor.

Gibbed Upper-floor ceilings. Single layer 13mm Gib UltralinePLUS on Rondo metal ceiling battens.

Ripped, cut, rebated & fixed extra ceiling framing for LED strip lighting.

Framed raised floor in Ground-floor ensuite.

Lined acoustic wall -1 side QuietWave Drywall Barrier x 1 layer fixed to framing w/ 1x layer 13mm Gib Braceline&Noiseline, other side 2x layers of 13mm Gib Braceline&Noiseline w/ 1x layer Quietwave sandwiched between plasterboard layers. Pink Batts Silencer 100mm Wall insulation installed.

Installed PinkBatts under-floor insulation between timber floor joists in Middle-floor ensuite.

Completed floor framing.

Altered installed Rondo to accommodate ceiling access for aircon units.

Sourced and installed HardEdge “invisible “ ceiling hatches x3

Tallied and checked-off Gib board delivery.

Completed changes to Ground-floor ensuite wall framing and Rondo.

Assisted G. and Flash w/ installing Gib to Ground-floor ceilings (double layer of 13mm Braceline&Noiseline).
