I really like ginhiji but sometimes I think that Gintoki and Takasugi have a deeper relationship and the scenes and covers that they have in the manga are more "shippy" than any other ginhiji scene.
Yooooo if you prefer Takasugi and Gintoki, then that’s great! That’s a good ship as well and they definitely have a really in-depth and interesting backstory together! It’s okay to like both, too, you don’t have to choose between them, it’s just shipping. Go with whatever gets your creativity flowing and makes you feel the best. That can be one ship or many of them. Shows like Gintama are meant to be enjoyed, so have fun with whatever ships or characters resonate with you the most =u=
