help someone clean. it’s always nice to know someone else has chosen to be responsible for a day, and bringing that to other lives is a good way to spend some time.

i like to read several things at once, not sure why i’m always limiting the list of things i’m picking through.

sitting down with my journal is genuinely soooo consequential and bright for my mood and well being. NEED to get to doing that more :)

i hate sleeping in. it never leaves me feeling any more rested than normal, and i only end up feeling that i’ve wasted my day. i’ll try my best to keep it from happening so often!

it’s a very good idea to have fruit with breakfast!!! it works!! it’s fun!!!

today i had to work on an infographic, which is soemthing i’ve always hated. but when i actually sat down and did this, i was shocked! i had a lot of fun. the things that can happen when i try! there’s always a takeaway from doing something challenging.

i’m able to do something of use all the time. i can work when i can work, i can paint my nails when thinking is hard, i can write when i need to express, and read when i need to feel. i can curl up and cry when i need that, and i can play games when i want to. it’s stagnancy i want to avoid. i can do anything but sit there and wish i was doing something.

it’s important to talk to lots of people. not just important for le, important for everyone. we all need a map, not a vacuum.

sometimes you have a crazy morning, and then you keep going with the day, and it gets nice and good :) ´

talk about what you think. write about what you think. interrogate and analyze and philosophize. think think think. it’s fun and it’s good for you.

i’ve been overworking myself a fair bit. bad idea! i need to make sure i’m setting out to do an attainable number of tasks.

walk around and try to find things! ask for what you’re looking for when you shop! go into random stores and look around! it’s so much fun to just, try and find things :) it’s cool to look around and stuff, makes one appreciate the things around. i love my city :)

anger needs to go somewhere, and i’ll put it into something productive.

sometimes all a guy needs is to reread his favourite fanfiction. it’s so nice to see yourself in something in a work that was made directly so people could see themselves in it.

i get really scared and anxious about people not liking me when all they’re doing is Peopling. it’s not fair to anyone involved! i’ve gotta people too. sometimes apartness is good.
