Hunters, they were. Predators stalking in the night, teeth bared, ferocious β they wait in the shadows βΒ to pounce, to shred. Even the deadliest would give a look over their shoulder, a second glance at dark corners. And when they didn't? Oh, the consequences could be dire βΒ if they encounter ferocity to match their own.
But even the merciless could give warning. 'Put your hands where I can see them.' A familiar voice. A growl, a snarl βΒ hunter meets hunter. The Ackermann demands.
Alexi remains, head turns towards the other while his back faces him. It's a dangerous position, but sudden movements would lead to conflict, and perhaps to meet his fate. So he complies; his hands slowly rise to level with his head. A bloodied knife in one, nothing in the other. He had been looting the corpse when Levi arrived.
β We can't keep meeting like this, Ackermann. β He practically purrs, swatting at the heavy, bloody air between them. His claws are sharp, but he doesn't swing. Levi is not prey. rays of moonlight filtered in between half-drawn curtains that hung across windows, illuminating the room and two figures in the middle of it. accalia was blanketed by this cosmic light from behind as she slowly and sensually slipped her pants down to her knees, kicking them the rest of the way off while simultaneously undoing the strings holding her blouse up. that too fell to the ground in a heap. now in her undergarments, the warrior kept her eyes fixed on her companion, watching him undress with a hawk-like intensity. she noticed the way his muscles rippled underneath skin and stepped forward to run her fingers over his biceps, marveling at the body he revealed to her, step by step. daring and somewhat eager, accalia straddled his waist and unclipped her bra. the fabric was annoying and in their way, so she removed it with a huff. she then brought one of his hands to cup her breast, lightly grinding her hips against his.

she demanded in a breathless whisper, heartbeat louder now in the silence. all cricket sounds had ceased for the night, their songs abruptly ending once the orchestra of moans began. accalia was careful not to put all her weight on alexi at first, but gradually allowed him to support her body as she wrapped her arms around his back, holding on. the titan shifterβs eyes were half-lidded as she pressed her lips to his, eventually breaking them apart when she couldnβt breathe. she then peppered kisses from his neck down to his lower stomach, pausing just above his waistband before looking up and holding his gaze. she silently questioned whether they could go further, fingers playing with his waistband as she waited for confirmation.
