me every time i go on noah: thank god i didn’t end up going to medical school

noah wants to be a pediatrician in the future ! bc of this he very rarely curses and always feels the need to apologize to anyone in the vicinity if he ever does on accident

noah’s cat is named laertes, it’s been in his family literally forever ( 20+ years ) and is old and scraggly and half-deaf and refuses to die. it smells all the time, pukes in guests’ shoes, and sits up at 3 am watching you from across the room when you sleep. noah’s not even sure if laertes is a boy, but they’ve known each other for so long now that it’s too impolite to ask

noah’s Not going to be one of those doctors that makes everyone call him “dr. seong” like he’s totally fine w/ mr or just noah he’s so unpretentious he just wants to help people 

noah’s known he wanted to be a doctor since he was a little kid! it goes further than just playing hospital in daycare -- he’s always been empathetic in ways where it’s easier to show his care rather than talk about it. even when he does try to talk someone down or reassure them it always tends to skirt into more of a logical kind of explanation rather than an emotional outpouring ( i.e. ‘don’t worry about your scrape, since we’re using antibiotics on it that means the germs can’t get in and you’ll be able to start healing up with new skin right away!’ vs a simple ‘don’t worry about your scrape it’ll get better’ ). noah’s very passionate about physically helping people, perhaps as a crutch to cover up how bad he is at dealing with other people emotionally. he does his best whenever people come to him to vent, but it’s always difficult for him to know how he’s supposed to respond, or what his friends want to hear from him.
