So, my favorite thing about Damian is that deep down he’s just a kid looking to be accepted- by his dad, his ‘peers,’ his ‘brothers (and sisters)’, Kid just wants to be loved. And that resonates with me a lot. But he was raised by, yknow, the league of assassins so hes kind of a giant asshole sometimes most of the time

My favorite thing about Tim is kinda the same, especially once he’s Red Robin. He basically became RR out of spite at Damian showing up and just being all “Im robin now BITCH.” The difference between them is that Tim’s made a lot of friendships with Kon and the rest of YJ/Teen titans but he still has that need to belong, to feel like hes part of something.
