I am usually one who watches stuff as they air but I do always find something on here that sparks my interest or I discover a new couple and I wanna watch some of their older stuff so I'm sure I can find 5 shows on my watchlist that aren't "to be released in the future"

Here are 5 of the shows that are on my "watch as soon as your currently-watching-list calms down a bit" (which is never but ah well)

1. My Stand-In

I remember when people were watching this but I didn't know the actors and back then I didn't watch anything I didn't know at least one person in the show. Which is dumb I know. At this point I watch so many things and I get introduced to new people so I always find new actors. This is why my "currently watching" list is always so overwhelming but ah well. Anyway, I am watching "Love of Silom" and I like the main couple and their chemistry and I realised it's those actors I did not know back then so now I'm curious to see another show with these two. So this show got recommended to me by no one but I know quite a few were watching it on here so I've seen a lot of gif sets and I will probably stalk your tumblrs once I watch it to reblog stuff. I always do that. Also, I have absolutely no idea what this show is about.

2. My Only 12%

I don't know who on my dash reblogged a post from this and I know this show is older and it's pre gmmtv Santa but I saw baby-Santa and Earth and I was like awwwww and I'm curious. A lot of times I see something on my dash, and I check it out on MAL and throw it on my watchlist. But this is also on my soon-to-watch list, so there's that. Again, no clue what this is about, but I wanna give it a try. Also, the reviews on MAL seem very positive, so there's that. Look at how smol they are :(

3. Love In Translation

After The Wicked Game I wanted to see more DaouOffroad and currently I'm watching Century of Love (even tho it's been months since I watched because, as I said, I'm currently overwhelmed with all the airing shows lol) but Love In Translation is the next thing I wanna watch of those two after I finish CoL. I just love them so much, so there's that. Look at how smol they are. I'm gonna cry.

4. Bad Buddy

Yes, I know. People already been yelling at me for not watching this, and by people I mean @buckystilinski, so I made it a mission to watch it asap. Also, ever since I've seen Nanon in real life, I wanna watch something of his. I know he was in Vice Versa but this is a main role, and I wanna see more of him, so I am actually very curious now, and the reviews seem extra good, and since people yell at me for it, I will watch it very soon. I just realised that OhmNanon have been in Vice Versa as a couple as well.

5. Be My Favourite

Again, like with "My Only 12%"...I've seen this on my dash, and I was like... KristGawin??? I did not know they were a couple. I wanna see more Krist, ngl and I love Gawin, so I was like, 'Why the hell not?' It's always weird for me to go back to these shows and see all these CP's that used to have different pairings. Like, I would go into this knowing JossGawin and KristSingto and I go into "My only 12%" knowing PerthSanta (tho here I already saw Perth with Chimon as well) so it's always wild for me to not see them with their current CP but also cool because that shows that they work with more than one person.

Special mention because it's not technically QL (even tho to me SkyNani are married) but the most relevant thing on my watchlist right now

6. High School Frenemy

I've been crying over Wu and SkyNani for weeks now, and I NEED to watch them in something else, and I think this is the only other show they are in together? So with that said, out of all these shows I listed here, this is probably the first one I will watch. I need more SkyNani in my life like pronto, so here we are. Again, no clue what any of the shows are about, but I'm excited.

1. melody lf secrets

this just seems so sad?????? its been on my watchlist since it aired but I didn't want to start something so dark. krish's cinematography sets makes me want to watch it more

2. she loves to cook, and she loves to eat

the name is so perfect i just can't not want to watch it.

3. the handmaiden

i always have trouble getting motivation to watch period pieces but i just know this will wreck me.

4. khemjira

again, im not a horror/fantasy enthusiast but from what I've heard this is amazing.

5. love design

a bit of cheating on this list but i have actually seen 2 episodes of this but i haven't had the chance to complete it.

Another super fun and creative tag game! Yay! Our watch list is soooo long. If only we didn't have to adult and could make money sitting on our couch and watching dramas! We're going to pick some of the older series that have made it to our watch list from before we started watching Asian QL. We hope to get to these at some point, but they keep getting bumped for new stuff. It's a blessing and a curse that there is so much coming out right now!

She Loves to Cook, and She Loves to Eat - Japan 2022 @thisonelikesaliens recently listed this as one if the queer series that gives them hope. But it is no secret how much @my-rose-tinted-glasses loves this series and it was their posts that originally peaked our curiosity. Everything about this series sounds amazing and precious and we are sure we will love it.

My Love Mix-Up! - Japan 2021 This one has been on our watch list for a while. But @my-rose-tinted-glasses, @abstractelysium, @watchthisqqq and even Dori's little have all made us wonder why we haven't seen this yet. The premise sounds cute and clearly it is done well with so many rave reviews from our tumblr peeps.

Fragrance of the First Flower - Taiwan 2021 Can't remember who was talking about this recently, but who ever they were, they sold it because it got added to our watch list. A second chance story about a woman that is finally ready to be honest about who she is and whom she loves? Already seated.

Fish Upon A Sky - Thailand 2021 This is strictly on the list because of Pond and Phuwin. We loved Me And Thee so much, we thought it might be fun to see them in another series. Not sure if we will ever actually get around to it though.

Those two can show their characters having entire conversations with just their eyes and you're never at a loss for what's being said. When their characters are hiding what they're thinking, you can feel the weight of what it is they're trying to hide.

MSP was a comedy, and with Thai series especially, that often means exaggerated physical comedy, but Fourth in particular during MSP was able to weave in subtle emotion in an unmistakable way.

Moonlight Chicken is an especially good example, because we can literally see Heart and Liming gradually begin to understand each other more and more and we see it in their eyes.
