Katrina frowned when Abraham started to laugh. She wasn’t afraid of him and his words meant nothing to her, because she knew that she would come back to Ichabod. Katrina was sure about that; she never gave up.

Well, she’s captured and she’s forced to be with him and she sees him as Abraham not as the Headless. She sees the person that he used to be. And he actually is not a bad person. If you look back in season one, I mean he was betrayed by his best friend and his fiancé so he didn’t really do anything wrong, he was just not right for Katrina at the time. So I think she starts to understand that he actually genuinely loves her and I think the dynamic shifts a little bit. Obviously she uses that to her advantage, but there’s also, you know, an understanding or feelings develop and, you know, the stuff that he does for her, good things, so maybe that triggers an idea that he might be able to be redeemed or saved as well as Henry.

"Come back to me soon my darling, I will continue my duties as I must. For When we reunite there must be a world for us to live in.

“I don’t think you will reunite soon, Darling” Abraham merely laughed dauntingly, his chest shaking from the deep resonating sound.
