For some time now, my father’s health has been rapidly deteriorating. His condition requires immediate surgery, but here in Gaza, where medical resources are extremely limited, the necessary procedure cannot be done. We need to go to Egypt, but the cost and logistical challenges are overwhelming.

I am in a constant state of stress and anxiety, not just because of my father’s health, but also because of my helplessness in this situation. Unfortunately, I can’t do much on my own.
