The rain has gone away and it’s going to be mid 70’s in AZ this week. Spring Training has also officially started which means that I better enjoy the last of this amazing weather until the heat starts creeping in.

Today was another long work day (it’s 11:30pm right now) but the day ended with these guys making dinner (Manacoti...basically big pasta noodles stuffed with ricotta, mushroom and spinach) for Jenn and I for Valentine’s Day. It was soo good. Now my food coma starts now. ❤️

I was feeling a little stressed and overwhelmed last night until I video chatted with Maddie. Who knew there were so many new filters on Facebook messenger? She had me laughing so hard. ❤️😂😍

Soaking in the last bit of time with the kids before we leave in the morning. ❤️😍

My Thursday view while I work. I'm so happy we ended up bringing Mao to California with us because he makes the perfect kid sitter lol. Maddie will sit next to him all day! She also tells me things like "I think Mao wants to wake up now and go outside" lol. I'm trying to make this first half of the day count. If I can get a handle on work, it will make next week a lighter week for me. In other news, I also get to go to a Tyler Perry play tonight with TJ in L.A. Last night I slept for 10+ hours so I hope that means I will be wide awake tonight. 👀

Tuesday Thoughts:

- My phone told me I’ve spent 35% less time on social media than last week. I still have to go on for work and I didn’t include Facebook in my fast. However, I’ve been slowly not spending much time on there either. It’s been nice.

- I painted my office gray on Friday. It’s much lighter than the swatch so I will eventually go a couple shades darker, but at least the wall is clean looking.

- Starbucks is literally a few minutes from our house. I’ve been there the last couple days just getting work done while people watching. My self-control has been non-existent there the last two days, but I need to get back on track and stick to non-sweet coffee.

- We head to California tomorrow for 10 days. I got laundry done and my goal this time is to NOT overpack. Mao Mao is coming with us and that makes me so happy. Praying he does well on the car ride like last month.

- I feel slighty more organized so I’m hoping when we get back to AZ (and also while in Cali), I can get some exercise in. My IVF appointment to get the full plan and timeline is next month and my goal is to lose at least 8 more pounds before then (the cookie from Starbucks did not help my cause).
