Things you need to know: I graduated college, I got a big girl job, my boyfriend bought a house, we are renovating that house, again we are renovating that house (hence, that’s all we do), my best home girl had a stroke, I got a dog, I drink coffee black now, I’m obsessed with pajamas.

I cheated today and didn’t go to a local shop, BUT I did go to sandy’s pet shop so that should count for something right?

I enjoyed a nice pumpkin spice latte with my good friend Julia “newly married so it’s still weird to say” Sanderson. It’s the season for pumpkin spice and I have yet to have one & if you know at all you know that panera is my favorite place to eat! Being that Julia lives less than a 5 minute walk away, we hauled our school material and set foot for a lovely brunch.

Besides the nagging homework that put a damper on Sunday funday, we still had a great time. Watching our boys play basketball, smoking hookah, drinking beers, enjoying the BEAUTIFUL weather, playing clue, and ending a game of phase 10 early due to the fact that we’re now old people.

Even though I cheated on my coffee shop hop, I still had a great day 😊 Until next Sunday, my dears!

What do you do on a Sunday after indulging in too many Blue Moons the night before...?  Indulge some more on some well crafted caffeine of course.

On my very first adventure of Coffee Shop Hop Louisville I went to Sunergos Coffee, located at 2122 South Preston Street.  If you can't tell by the picture of the black & white that I ordered, the coffee was to die for!  The set up of the shop was as hipster as I want to be, with different type wooden tables, mismatched chairs, a retro looking couch, and event posters lining the walls.  I stayed for three hours and accomplished most of the assignments I had set out.  Although, I did have to take study breaks and sing a long when the Black Keys were playing. Oh, and did I mention in the logo there is an elephant!!!! Look at the picture of the coffee I bought and see for yourself.  It's destiny that I should call this place home!

The service was awesome, not sure I've ever been to a location where the staff were so laid back, friendly, and easy to talk to.  I walked away with a 16 oz bag of their Brazil Cerrado, and an acrylic coffee mug.

Although I know the original plan was to do a different coffee shop every Sunday, I can already feel the hardship of falling in love with a certain spot.  You know how in "How I Met Your Mother" they have the bar that they hang out at EVERYDAY.  I want Sunergos to be that spot for me.

I didn't want to leave & I already want to go back.

Overall Rating: 365/10 ... Get it? 365 because I want to go there everyday!!!
