I want to bring up how Baal gets Kiriwo with it first as an example:

As I'm sure we're all aware, Kiriwo was completely shunned by his family for being born with practically no Mana, and lost his only friend by failing to save her charm. He explicitly goes looking for the Magitools battler because he's looking for people who are like him - and Baal tells him that how he is is how demons should be. Right after, Kiriwo talks about Baal giving him gifts and knowledge. And now, fast forward to present day and Kiriwo is willing to blow up the school for the purpose of putting Baal's plan into motion, because he gets to see despair from it - he won't even spill that Baal had a hand in this.

Attention - Kiriwo was shunned and neglected by his family, Baal gave him that attention and tells him that he's the normal one, actually Gifts - The collar for storing Mana is the one we're explicitly shown, but given he's been in Baal's circle for over a decade at this point it certainly wasn't the only one Knowledge - He's taught Kiriwo all sorts of things, and states Kiriwo's mind is vital to their plans.

Now, apply this to 325:

ATTENTION: Note that Shura never once mentions parents in her long spiel, she does mention 'priests' though, likely her retainers. With how frequent the Tea Parties are, it's very likely she doesn't have a close relationship with her parents, similar to his other victims(Kiriwo and the Sabnocks)

It's also worth noting most Deities do not care about the affairs of Demons, Shura having an interest in them at all is unusual(Potential outcast behavior)

She's also a romantic, talking about how she prefers romantic stories to tragic one, and offering to give Baal a book about a love story between a princess and her retainer. So we have an impressionable child who spends her days reading stories of romance in a position where she can talk to her Dashing Hero near daily and he will never refuse her attention.

Shura has been talking about her garden, all the flowers she grows, offering him books and such about them, and this gift proves to her that Baal has been paying attention - it feeds back into the first point, makes her feel seen. He remembers the passing comment she makes about wanting to know more about demon culture and picks a gift that aligns with both.

KNOWLEDGE: The vase is only one thing, but in this case he isn't the one gifting HER knowledge, he's allowing her to have an audience to trade her knowledge with. It's all about making her feel valued.
