And this is essential as you grow—to recharge yourself. Recharge yourself from people to learn how to enjoy the importance of being happy with your own company. Recharge yourself from deadlines to learn how to appreciate the beauty of accomplishing things at your own natural pace. Recharge yourself from taking in too much information from the internet—read a book for at least 30 minutes a day, go for a walk or appreciate the clouds—the time you spend offline gives you the mental clarity to learn how to understand the wisdom of all the things that are truly worth your precious energy.

Life is about balance. Be kind, but don’t let people abuse you. Trust, but don’t be deceived. Be content, but never stop improving yourself.
