It does not matter what you are cleaning or how busy you are. When your superior comes into your presence you are to stop and curtsey. You are to hold your curtsey. skirts flared, at the lowest point of the dip until your superior has left your presence or until your are dismissed. Unless you are addressed by your superior, your eyes should remain lowered to the floor. If you can see any part of your superior, above their ankle, you are doing it wrong. Always remember that wearing a smile is a part of your uniform. It is no differant than the dress, apron, gloves, hosiery or any of the other items are are required to wear.
