Well thanks to a friendly trucker named Danny from #elsalvador we got a ride all the way from Cove Valley to #Oakland. I don't know what it is with truck drivers but they always drop you off in hobo town. It's pretty crazy with the #encampments but aside from that everyone is pretty chill so far. Got a ride from #Garberville almost immediately but just like 10 miles down the road but to a much better place to Hitch from just outside of Cove Valley by what is supposedly the famous #oneloghouse. Spent Monday night their. Not the worst place to get stuck. The people that work and run the Patriot gas station are super friendly.
