ICARUS HEAT is a Concentrated Solar Power technology that I helped Rackam Design develop for buildings and businesses that consume high volumes of hot water (in this case, a dairy in Quebec). The technology has been in development since the beginning of 2009 and was released to the market in September 2010.

The first incarnation of the Trusst space (6341 St-Laurent) was designed and built by me in collaboration with Andrew Ly, Melissa Matos and Johnny Cassidy who conceived it as a fashion boutique, gallery and creative agency. This pop-up concept space was officially launched on June 9th, 2010.

Dérive's 'Drain-no' vases, 2008.

Dérive collaborated with Furni to make this porcelain cup and russian birch tray set in 2009.

Dérive (Aaron Daley and Kwok Wai Lau) first launched with a series of porcelain cups designed for detergent caps in 2008. The caps show that materials often considered disposable and of no value (i.e. plastics) can be considered more valuable than traditionally valuable materials (i.e. porcelain) in certain contexts.

Hospital Transport Chair - Designed for the high volume of patients in a Mega Hospital setting, 'Levo' best addresses the need for conspicuous storage and intuitive usage.  This is a concept designed while studying at Dawson College (2007).
