Course 9: sea corn and dairy cow. One of the top dishes of the meal. A little trickery involved - the corn is not corn, noodle is not noodle. Flavours were spot on full of umami. (at Lume)

Simple can't get enough egg tarts. These are from cheung chau island - 郭錦記餅店. One of the best around.
