Isn't it strange... From the moment we're born, we're taught the names of relationships; mother, father, brother, sister, friend, husband, wife... As though every human emotion has already been assigned a label. But life... Life has a way of introducing us to someone who simply refuses to fit into any one definition...

He is a friend... and yet, not just a friend. There is love... but love without possession. He feels like family... even though no blood ties exist between us. He is no longer a stranger... yet he needs no title to become my own...Then the world asks, "Who is he to you?" And suddenly, I pause. Because the truth is... Language has countless words, but not for every human experience... Must every sense of belonging be justified by a relationship?...

If relationships had never been given names... would I stop caring about him? Would his silence stop speaking to me? Would his smile no longer brighten my day? Of course not...

Feelings are born first. Names come later. We didn't create relationships... We merely created words to call them by. And maybe that is where the misunderstanding began... We started believing that if something has no name, it isn't real. When, in truth, some connections are simply too vast to fit inside a single word...

At different moments, he becomes a friend, a teacher, a student, a mirror, a critic, the safest place I've ever known... Or simply a silence... where my soul returns to meet itself... He is never confined to a role. He simply becomes a part of my life. Maybe that's why I don't believe every relationship needs a name...

Some connections are beautiful precisely because they owe nothing to definitions. They ask for no promises. No ownership. No proof. They simply ask to be felt...

And maybe... The truest relationships we experience as human beings are the ones we cannot fully explain. Because some people don't enter our lives as a particular relationship...
