if I had a nickel every time a beloved ship in fandom was killed off because one character died by the writers simply because they didn't like the character and probably not the ship either, I’d have two, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird stupid that it happened twice.

just witnessed a girl spot her friend in the grocery store and instead of calling her over she started making turkey noises. and her friend, who apparently recognized her call, responded with higher pitched turkey noises before she even saw her and they used turkey echolocation to find each other. friendship between girls is a beautiful thing <3

these were grown women in their late 30's-early 40's btw. never let aging make you lose your whimsy (or your turkey calls)
