And about time too! 

I wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who took part and tirelessly worked their way through the alphabet every two weeks for an entire year. The entries where all different, very creative and extremely enjoyable to gaze at every fortnight. 

An additional congrats to everyone who correctly answered a question in a former newsletter, asking what the underlying theme was in @davidtopps entries. The answer is, of course, that every photo was taken in one of the 26 cantons of Switzerland. (They likely also required the most planning, organisation and train journeys of the bunch - thanks David!)

As a token of my gratitude to everyone who took part and as a small memento of this project, I will be sending all of the active participants a book of all of our entries, which should reach you hopefully this month. (I may need to double check I have all of your addresses!) 

What’s next? Well, there are a few thoughts about a 2018 project but nothing set in stone yet, more on that to come soon. In the meantime if you have any interesting ideas please let me know!

Is it really a year already? Well, almost, the final letter “Z” is due today, Sunday 15th October.

If you’re already done, you can kick back and gaze adoringly at all the amazing “Y” entries below! I will write again to send you all of the “Z” entries, congratulate you all on an amazing job well done, as well as tell you about a little thank you present which should be making its way to all the active participants in the near future.
