In this AU, she lost her husband when their son was still a child (the child being Philip Schuyler) and had to carry on his legacy until the time came for Philip to inherit it. She is a devoted mother and grandmother and is still in love with her departed husband even after all these years, so much so that she refused to remarry and kept her spouse’s last name. She is a huge supporter of Eliza and will always be by her side in life and death.

5 posts! This is the first time I’m posting something other than Tumblr milestones, I hope you all enjoy!!!

The Hamilton children were difficult to sketch, especially when I was trying to incorporate different aspects of their parents into their designs. I think Philip the first was challenging to draw since I didn’t want him to took like an exact replica of John Laurens (same actor after all). 

This is basically a depiction of their introduction as children, where Eliza can’t help but admire his manners and kind personality. They’ll become close friends as the years go on, but alas he’ll only know her as Elijah Schuyler rather than the girl he meet when they were still young. 

This was a cover I designed for the Sweet Polly Oliver and the Tomcat fanfic. Basically, it’s the two personas of Eliza... Elizabeth and Elijah. It’s nothing special, just a combination of map pencils and sharpie markers. I do plan on redoing this picture sometime in the future, hopefully with better materials.

You simply must meet Elizabeth “Elijah” Schuyler from my Sweet Polly Oliver and the Tomcat AU. This was a rough draft of how I wanted her to look for the fanfiction I’m working on, I’ve made some changes to her over the years but this is pretty much the look I’m going for concerning her character. To be honest, this was the first time I ever drew an actual human character rather than someone from anime or one of my OCs.
