I don’t know about y’all, but I have been perpetually disappointed in franchise/series endings for years now. Is fandom the problem??? Like, we all get on here and theorize and come up with bangin’ meta… and then the writers give us a steaming pile of 💩 for the actual film/show/book ending… How are the fans better at coming up with amazing story ideas while the people making the big bucks are making lousy stories??? All these things that end up in story for us to analyze can’t just be accidents, but then why do they never get fleshed out and come to a logical conclusion???

I’m just confused. Should we stop doing this, hyping ourselves up and setting unrealistic expectations on story writers…?

I feel like I’m being punked… where’s Ashton????

I feel like a lot of it is cowardice. Major media creators are afraid to commit to anything with their whole chests, as it were, so they fall back on cliches and status quos.

Definitely the case with Star Wars, at least.

EXACTLY! They’re so scared of upsetting a portion of the fan base, so they play it safe, and then end up upsetting MOST of the fan base 🤦🏼‍♀️ how has no one learned this lesson yet?!

Has anyone else wondered if all these characters in OUABH are Valors???

We know Chaos is Castor Valor. We know that Lysander Valor is capable of manipulating memories (Apollo). Romulus Valor is clearly a name pulled from the story of Romulus and Remus where they were supposed to drown as babies in the Tiber River (Tiberius) but they survive and in the future Romulus kills his brother.

And last but not least: Jacks… He clearly states that he put Apollo under the suspended sleep and could wake him when he chooses. The book specifically says that only Honora Valor could do that, but what if her son inherited the same gift?! This would make him Tempest Valor, since the only other son is Dane who can shape-shift. ALSO, this would make him and Tiberius twins 🤯

With that much flame, there should’ve been a charred corpse with all the melted armor over it on that platform, yet there was literally nothing where he stood.

So we either have a massive plot hole/oversight, or Gideon will be back.

Well… I am underwhelmed…

I’m not usually one to want drama for the sake of drama, but the season finale didn’t leave us with any drama?? Din never even made it to this debriefing room, the darksaber is just gone, Grogu simply wins because The Force, no more Mythosaur besides an eyeball, Moff Gideon just disappears again, no mention of who the spies were, Ragnar didn’t even get to grieve the death of his father?! I’m so confused… with another season on the way, they should have left some cliff hangers to keep us asking questions, but instead it felt like they just swept everything under the rug with no lead up to the next season 🤔

Mando Season 3 Finale Theory!

I am 100% convinced that the Armorer is a mole. She’s been feeding information to Moff Gideon all this time.

So she flew off with all the unfit-to-fight and the scene was built up like something big was going to happen and nothing did.

Next we had Axe fly up there to get more boots on the ground. I think what Axe will find when he arrives at the fleet is that the Armorer has sold out all the Mandalorians on board and he will be captured. He’ll be used as leverage against Bo who will have to choose between her long term colleague or Din 😣

And at some point… Din will be rescued, Bo will admit to him that she saw the Mythosaur. Din will be the one to ride it, and Bo will have the darksaber, and together they’ll go whoop up on Moff Gideon and save Axe and all the other Mandos 🙌🏻

Mando took me back to the TLJ mood today 😬 I always loved the throne room scene and how Rey and Kylo fought their way through the Praetorian Guard, but now I have infinitely more respect for the scene! After watching the guard take down Paz (who has proven to be an extremely skilled fighter!) with EASE, I am convinced that the TLJ scene is straight up unmatched Dyad power 😳 And say what you will about Kylo Ren, but there was a moment in the throne room that he was taking on 4 guards at once!! Now all I want to see is more Kylo/Ben raw fighting power!!!

I just finished listening to the audiobook for Only A Monster and I need to get this off my chest… if you’re not team Aaron, we can’t be friends 😂

But seriously, I started getting the vibes EARLY on in the book that Joan and Aaron are married in the future, he knows and Joan doesn’t during the events of this book. When Ruth told Joan that it’s painful to talk to the person you love before they know you, I instantly was like “THAT’S FORESHADOWING!” Aaron has been so off balance and awkward with Joan the whole book because he’s not supposed to have met her yet 🤯
