This is my intro post, basically. I’m Ajax, and I looove LMK. So, I decided to make an x reader fanfic blog.

Things I will do:

x gn/male/female reader

platonic or romantic relationships

specific readers (ex. reader who’s scared of bugs, likes cuddles, etc.)

poly relationships (as long as characters are the same/close in age)

fluff, comfort and angst

Things I will not do:

smut/nsfw

anything pedophilia or incest related (ew)

pregnant readers or characters

anything else that makes me uncomfortable

I usually write in headcanons, but I’ll write a oneshot if requested

Of course! Sorry that it took me a few days to respond, I was trying to think of what to write. This request helped me get out of my writer’s block, so thank you!

MK starting a family with a fem!s/o

For @the-unhinged-raccoon, I probably never would’ve gotten over writer’s block without their comment

He already knows he’s the best

And the smartest, and the handsomest

But when you say it, it feels… different

Like it’s actually true

Plus, he likes hearing it in your voice

Whenever you randomly say that you think he’s pretty, or a genius, he can’t help but blush

He’ll deny it just so you say it more

As egotistical as he is, he tends to overthink from time to time

Every time you mention how, well, you think he’s wonderful!, it helps him perk up

Even if he feels better, he’ll act like he doesn’t

Staring at you with puppy-dog eyes and a frown, because he knows it means you’ll comfort him

Other than Spider Queen, you’re the only person who can be in his lab whenever you want

In fact, he prefers when you’re there

Even when you’re just existing near him, he feels a bit better

He likes knowing that you really care

When you’re alone, he likes to cuddle you with all six of his arms and ask for compliments

No matter how small the praise, he’ll look up at you with a wide grin

A crush? On you? You’re being ridiculous

You’re just imagining things!

Like the way his face definitely ‘doesn’t’ briefly light up when he sees you

Or how he ‘never’ fixes his hair and suit when he hears you coming

Yeah, he hates you… but keep your enemies close, right?

That’s the only reason he lets you stick around

And why he gives you little gifts and tells everyone else to pay attention when you talk

And why he blushes whenever you pay attention to him

Maybe he doesn’t hate you after all…

But he doesn’t like you, keep that in mind

As you hang out with him more, Syntax slowly stops acting so annoyed at your existence

He’ll start inviting you to talk to him, or talk to you without necessarily needing to

Just so he can talk to you

It may take a while, but eventually he’ll come to terms with the fact that he really does like you

He would only take you to the fanciest and most expensive of places

You deserve the best!

Plus, he doesn’t want to be seen at what he considers ‘peasant places’

He helps you pick out what you’ll wear, to look your finest

Well, to him, you always look your finest

Red Son frets about his appearance a lot, especially for date nights

Because of the pressure of being demon royalty, he likes staying inside some nights

You get to choose what to do at home, he gets to choose where to go when you go out

Most places, he gets pretty privilege

And by that, I mean that he gets most things for free, because everyone’s scared of him

Of course, he likes it

Whenever you go out, he has his arm linked in yours

He acts nonchalant around you, but he’s absolutely enamored

With every relationship, Wukong ends up drifting away and waiting for them to die

When you come along, in all your glory, and immortality as a bonus, he couldn’t be happier

He showers you in affection constantly

Wukong still ends up leaving to go on months-long ‘vacations’, but he feels much more comfortable doing so, now that he knows that you’ll be there when he’s back

Of course, he still feels bad

So he gives you gifts of cuddles and peaches to make up for it

Every day, he finds a new story to tell you and a new way to show his affection

MK doesn’t believe in love at first sight

Well, until you came along

He, of course, has no idea how to approach you at all

So he asks Tang and Pigsy for help

Which, as expected, leaves him with some mediocre advice, especially from Pigsy

Pigsy suggests to be very forward, and Tang suggests lots of fancy compliments

MK doesn’t feel confident enough to be forward

He gives you compliments like ‘enchanting’ and ‘stunning’ whenever he sees you

If you blush, he blushes

And if you ever compliment him back, he runs away
