my opinion: i do not like how people say bullseye has ocd. he does not, and as someone who has had ocd her whole life, it sucks when i see a fandom i love saying this is ocd and thinking this is what it is. dex has bpd and a need for perfection and order to keep himself in tact. ocd is not organizing and being obsessed with something, it is a debilitating terrifying thought process of things you do not want which compels you to act or think. Repetition, routine, and perfectionism are not signs or traits of ocd. Some of this can occur in ocd, but it is also accompanied by heightened anxiety and obsessive, intrusive thoughts. Dex does not have ocd, his routines and perfectionism’s as well as hyper fixations are to hide his impulses. ocd is not impulses or secretly wanted thoughts. please PLEASE read up on ocd, it’s not a common disorder, or something quirky, or something that can be diagnosed because someone is a perfectionist. people, including myself, have almost lost lives to obsessive compulsive disorder, i just wish people understood it.
