just finished my homework and crawled into bed...I have to wake up in 3.5 hours for travel, but it's a 24 hour travel day. hoping I can sleep on the plane

currently obsessed with travel videos, specifically packing videos. my trip to canada is literally a month away and i have a trip to asia before then, but i'm literally so obsessed right now with packing lol

unfortunately, i am also feeling Sick. i can't believe that i'm taking a sick day on tuesday and i ACTUALLY got sick - is this karma. anyway, yesterday's trip was overall fine, but my siblings are Peak Annoying at times and i could've done without the long trip. like the fact that it was pushed in two days was insane

I hate being one of the two drivers in my family. I also hate that my time is being fucking wasted. I have homework to do, several long readings and a discussion post due tonight. my mom tells me that I just have to wait "a bit" for her, but it's been nearly an hour and a half—I could've been halfway into my chapter by now. and I gotta be on call to pick up my brother from the train. even if I didn't have things to do, I still want to enjoy my weekend for once. a rare weekend where I'm not neck deep in grading
