Is it just me, or would "Planet Claire" (adapted by Sonido Gallo Negro) be a GREAT SOUNDTRACK for "The Scarlet Shedder" (one of the Alter-Egos from Dog Man)???

Because even though I'm NOT reading that comic YET (I'm only on the third one, btw 💔), my explanation and headcanon (if you can call it that, lol) has more to do with the look and the "vibes" he gives off under this new alter ego
First of all, thanks to the synopsis I read on the Wiki, I learned that The Scarlet Shedder comes about because Dog Man is exiled after being (temporarily) bathed in tomato, forcing him to seek help EVEN KNOWING that most have rejected him, and I feel that this gives it that "intriguing" tone that the instrumental part of the song has
Also, I think that the outfit he wears in this comic really emphasizes the fact that he's grappling with the big problem he faces (which is very current since 2024: AI)
So, it's thanks to these things that I developed this idea. HOWEVER, I admit that there might be some errors in the information because (precisely) I don't know much about it and I'm relying on the internet. But even so, I hope it made some sense (within the limited scope lol-)

P.S: If you're wondering why I specified the interpretation, it's because Sonido Gallo Negro played exclusively the instrumental version of The B-52's (the original authors) and honestly, I liked it better for my explanation of The Scarlett Shedder :333

Can we talk about the connection between Muse and The Hunger Games ???
(WARNING: I will be giving spoilers for the first movie / book in the series, PLUS my own perspective on the meaning of Muse's songs):
Well, both stories share the theme of DYSTOPIA, REBELLION, and the FIGHT for FREEDOM, so with that alone creates a logical connection.
But even though we already have that link, I'd like to focus more on the songs and the context of The Hunger Games where I feel they fit PERFECTLY.
So, here's my TOP list:

1.- The Train Scene (with "Take a Bow" from the album "Blackholes and Revelations"):
I feel like the first 30 seconds are MORE THAN ENOUGH to have placed it at the moment we first see the train, OR when Peeta looks out one of the windows, admiring the Capitol Building.
Furthermore, I think it perfectly expresses that feeling of unease that both tributes feel just before becoming practically "celebrities" on the verge of death.

2.- The scene where Peeta and Katniss parade in their fire outfits (with "Sunburn" from the album "Showbiz"):
I chose this scene specifically because of Katniss, since in both the novel and the film, SHE is the one who stands out between the two. Therefore, I thought it was a great idea to perform the chorus:
"She burns like the sun, and I can't look away"
as what the spectators in the center of Panem would say.

3.- The Beginning of the Games (with "New Born" from the album "Origin of Symmetry"):
In this part, I'd like to clarify that I added it ESPECIALLY with the part where Matt sings:
"When you've seen, seen. Too much, too young, young. Soulless is everywhere…"
and also with:
"Destroy the spineless. Show me it's real. Wasting our last chance. To come away. Just break the silence. 'Cause I'm drifting away. Away from you."
I just felt like that would be like the "soundtrack" for Peeta's escape into the forest and the fights in the first few hours of the games, in addition to the great impact of the transition from the piano to the FREAKIN' DISTORTED GUITAR lol-

4.- The scene after Rue's death (with "Assassin" from the album "Blackholes and Revelations"):
Here, I could have put "Blackout" (which is 3 years older btw), but in the end… I didn't feel it fit well with the melancholic yet TERRIFYING tone of witnessing the arrow's impact on Rue
and that, adding the fact that EVERYONE SAW IT. INCLUDING RUE'S FAMILY.
Another thing: This same moment was what made Katniss He reacted rebelliously and gave the "signal" to start the Revolution, so I also feel that Assassin gave it more meaning and emotional impact to that part.

5.- The scene where Katniss and Peeta are about to eat the Berries + The Final Interview (with "Resistance" from the album "The Resistance"):
Finally, I'd like to add this song because, well, just mentioning the chorus, which is:
"Love is our resistance. They'll keep us apart and they won't stop breaking us down."
Or even the looped part where it repeats:
"It could be wrong, could be wrong."
where I tried to understand their thoughts as they pretended to be the "tragic lovers of District 12" to gain an advantage and a better chance of survival.
and although "luckily" they didn't share the same fate as the other participants, that's nothing compared to what they unfortunately had to live with a few months / years after the 74th Games…
BUT THAT WILL BE FOR NEXT TIME!!!
