Let’s talk about: “Ladies First”

I went to a little pancake house I like to have breakfast at, by myself. I was sat maybe 5 minutes after a male Vietnam veteran (only disclosing to show age, he was wearing a hat) and his wife. Apparently they ordered coffee before me. The man thought it appropriate to yell at our waitress, that MY coffee was for him because he ordered first, as she sat the cup down on my table. Of course she was bringing his next, I am a “regular” and I always get coffee. They already knew what creamer I wanted.

I’m mad that this man thought it was acceptable to yell at a woman that wasn’t serving him to his liking. I’m mad that people like him will say ladies first but when it effects him: he comes first.

I’ve been having financial issues and unable to afford my herbs. I remembered I had set aside some for a rainy day. And today I almost cried at work like 10 times lol.

Also: keep a stash of candy too.
