To be fair, I think that was the point of it. It was pretty outlandish—  The Japanese are in a totally different space when it comes to entertainment. A lot of their stuff strikes Westerners as strange— So it’s pretty understandable that you were baffled by it, as well. That’s what makes it cool, though, the fact that it’s weird as all hell.
