The first one was inspired by a graffiti doodle in Varšavska street in the centre of Zagreb.

Experimenting with different tools and (strangely) colors. Done with colored pencils, water markers, plain markers and ballpoint pens on 300 g brown paper. This one shook me out of my comfort zone, but I think it turned out fine. I still need to practice color blending...

Uploading new pieces I did for the exhibition in Razzmatazz last week online. Unfortunately, I forgot to scan most of them, so here a crappy mobile photo of one of them - “Vodeni”. White marker on black paper, 22x48 cm.

A comic about depression (in Croatian). 

A model of a park with a children’s playground I did for college a couple weeks ago. Love the way it turned out! Took me 12 hours to complete, including drawing the blueprint freehand and creating all the pieces (+100 miniature trees with 4 parts each).

“Is there any before?”

Illustration of Gvozden (which means “iron” in Slavic) - Gorka’s companion and fellow traveler in their adventures. He takes form of a black cat whose fur reflects the night sky in moments of happiness, which symbolizes the connection of the Universe and all living beings which are made from stardust. He represents the rational part on the mind - he delivers the logical explanation of the world and all it’s wonders. Therefore, he will be the main narrator in the upcoming stories. He also carries determination, willpower, ambition, loyalty and fearlessness, making him completely different from Gorka.  I can’t wait to do more illustrations and graphic novels with these characters. <3

Rođenje Kalina (the Birth of Kalin). A4 format, done with Faber Castell Pigment Liners, took about 5 hours to complete. One of the characters for an upcoming series of illustrations and comics I’m working on.
