I heard it was Golden Week!
a ton of work to get stuff functioning but I've now got dysis in frontier framework. I have even implemented metal and non metal materials on the same surface. I still need to update some animations for the new skeleton additions but I should be able to start building some of dysis' stuff soon
Fixed the preview for face textures in blender lol. now its displaying with the proper colors
making some big progress on the new Dysis stuff, I've got a bit more to do but we finally get a look at her teeth!
ok rigging this was a pain in the ass but dysis' model is finally updated to the newest frontier body, ill be getting this in engine later.
next up I need to make her cinematic head

reworked the skin shader to have skin color be assignable in runtime, as well as the pattern layer, rather than being baked purely into the textures.
body shading, mouth textures (not shown), and extra parts (tail,ears,etc) are also separated into different layers that can be changed on the fly.
Face and Underwear layers are still separate materials but I think ill keep that implementation. especially since face stuff is animated
a lot of stuff is still p rough, cause im hopping between features, but I've got quite a few things implemented like better animation stuff, melee weapon support, alt fire for weapons, new clothing system updates, and probably several things I'm forgetting
working on the hair gradient system, its somewhat similar to the way it works in Nioh 3, however I haven't made a uv setup for individual hair chunks since the texture res is super tiny
got the new assets in engine, didn't manage to finish some things like the cloth, shaders, and some other small things. but I've atleast got the new base bodyparts in and working along with H4's assets
I think I'm just about done with this model. just got some rigging tweaks left, but have a render of her!

Finished her boots and decided to change the arms to be more model forward than texture, I couldn't quite get the look I wanted purely though textures. I also worked on the wip updated frontier bodymesh that has much better topology
