7 years ago I witnessed my friend get shot in front of my house. This passed week I moved another friend out of an apartment building that was a murder scene involving guns. Gun violence has been prevalent in my life since Columbine. Las Vegas shouldn’t be a wake up call, it simply shouldn’t have ever been an opportunity for innocent lives to be lost.
