This is my first foray into hollow forms in jewelry! When I made this ring, I thought of my sister and how we are so connected in spirit, especially these days. She loves to cook, especially when lots of garlic is involved, so this is for her. It is meant to be worn with the bulb sitting on the tops of the fingers and the leaves floating above the rest of the fingers. It is almost exactly scaled to a real garlic, just a bit smaller.

Was also thinking of painting it Black and doing a subtle iridescent mica shimmer? Idk how that's gonna work w the latex schnoz I've made for him tho. Much to consider

Was obsessed with depicting power structures and I still am! You can be starving and still hurt people in the same position at you, unfortunately. Hurting others doesn't lift yourself up, it just makes the whole situation worse.
