thanks i hate it

I cannot stress the last part enough. If you can donate, it’s great but be extra careful who you donate to. In those kinds horrible situations, there will unfortunately always be people who will try to profit on it. Always take a little extra time to research the charity you donate to and how they plan to use the money to make sure it actually reaches those who need it.  Also don’t hesitate to reblog with charities you know are safe.

i wasn’t meant for this kind of life i feel like i was born mentally a kindly old grandfather figure who exclusively wears chunky handknitted wool sweaters in a variety of equally horrendous shades of brown and thick round wire-rimmed glasses with endearingly crooked frames who’s ready to retire to the english countryside where i keep bees whose honey i use to fill thick glass jars and in delicious baked goods for the local townsfolk and go on long walks on the woodland trails and between the dry stone walls boundaries separating the surrounding fields and farmland with an airheaded but unwaveringly loyal and energetic dog bounding alongside me and tip the cap i wear to hide my thinning hairline at any people and wildlife i pass by but my physical body didn’t quite get the memo and now i have to wait 60 years or so for it to catch up
