Josh and Leon were having so much fun as housemates. But there was a subtle change in Leon when he was showing off his new chain and tracksuit. Josh thought he looked a bit like a chav, but he was still the nice guy he knew.

Josh was comfortable around Leon and the more time they spent together, the more they became like each other.

The weeks went by and the constant vaping meant that Josh was slowly getting more addicted to nicotine. One day at work he felt desperate for a pull on his vape.

He usually waited until he was at home with Leon, but today he couldn't help himself and had his vape on the way home.

Meanwhile, Leon was spending the day at home and had invited an ex-lover around for some casual sex. Leon vaped, but had always also been a smoker, keeping it secret from Josh while he was still new in the apartment. However today he decided it was time for the real thing with his fuck buddy.

The 2 lads smoked all afternoon, before, during and after sex. Leon had a great day.

When Josh arrived home, he immediately smelled the smoke and pulled a face. He saw the ashtray on the table and was disappointed that the house was a mess.

Leon didn't try to make any excuses and instead just gave Josh a hug. Josh could only smell smoke.

Josh eventually got used to the smell after a nice chat with Leon. Josh then sparked up a cigarette.

Josh felt the urge for more nicotine, so got out his vape. He took a couple of pulls, but it ran out. Josh hadn't realised how addicted he'd become but Leon was there to help, by offering Josh a cigarette.

Josh didn't want to smoke, but he decided to have one until he could get a new vape. Just one would be fine he convinced himself.

Josh smoked and actually enjoyed it. Leon was cool about it and offered him another. Josh couldn't be bothered going to the shop so decided to accept a few cigarettes from Leon that night.

It was a Friday and Leon was in the mood for some company. He invited a few friends around. Josh was initially disappointed that they all smoked, but soon got used to it and decided to join in when cigarettes were being offered out.

The smoking continued and the drinks flowed. Soon Josh didn't mind smoking at all. In fact he liked it.

Over the next few days, Josh ended up smoking more and more with Leon. Leon decided to invite his mates over more often, and the more they came, the more everyone smoked.

The 4 lads got really close and Josh ended up getting completely addicted to smoking. Parties most nights with mates who didn't give a fuck. They all smoked constantly and they didn't ever want to stop.

When he first walked through the gym doors, Liam looked completely out of place. He was skinny, nervous, and had never touched a weight machine before. Standing beside him was his new personal trainer, Mark—a giant of a man with tattooed arms and years of experience.

Mark looked intimidating, but was really friendly and helpful. The first sessions were tough. Mark showed Liam how to use the machines, spotted him through every set, and constantly reminded him to keep going when his muscles burned. Little by little, Liam's confidence grew.

Soon he was lifting dumbbells on his own, concentrating through every rep while Mark encouraged him.

After each workout, Mark would hand Liam a protein shake with a proud smile. They celebrated every small improvement, and before long Liam noticed his shoulders broadening and his arms filling out.

Liam would always walk to the gym. He was surprised to see Mark smoking outside. He'd sometimes smelled smoke, but thought it was from somewhere else, why would someone as fit as Mark smoke?

Liam was surprised how quickly his muscles built up. He was looking big. Every session was intense and followed by a thick protein shake. Liam loved his new muscular look, even if a little belly had developed too. Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable, Liam would do anything Mark said.

It was only a few months, but Liam and Mark had developed a friendship. Mark suggested Liam should get a tattoo, so he took him to get one after his workout. Liam was surprised that Mark smoked in the car. Mark just said it helps him relax after a hard workout.

Liam was so impressed with how he now looked. His muscles were huge and all his friends were impressed. Constant lifting followed by protein shakes from Mark were really helping Liam bulk up.

A few more weeks went by and Liam was loving his new routine. He started arriving the gym a bit early so he could chat to Mark. Liam was used to seeing him smoking now.

Liam eventually talked to Mark about his smoking. He surprised himself that he would even wonder since he'd worked so hard to improve his body. Truth was, Liam looked up to Mark in every way so when Mark held the pack of cigarettes out towards him. He was tempted to have one.

The next minute, Liam had a cigarette in his mouth and Mark was lighting it.

Liam surprised himself, but not disappointed. What harm could one cigarette do? Liam continued training hard followed by the thick protein shake that Mark kept insisting he have. He could feel himself getting bigger all the time.

After training, Liam was spending more time with Mark. Their relationship felt different now, closer. They started talking about their lives, sports and other random shit. During their conversations, Mark would offer a cigarette to Liam and not one to disappoint he would take it.

One day, Mark suggested that Liam should visit his house and have a few drinks. On the way, Mark has a cigarette as usual and Liam joined him. He still didn't see himself as a smoker, just a couple with Mark now and again was fine he thought.

Marks house was impressive. So masculine and fit Marks personality perfectly. Mark poured a couple of whiskys and after a while, Liam was tempted to have another cigarette with Mark. Mark was happy to oblige.

The workouts continued, followed by an ever thickening shake. Liam was feeling great and despite a growing waistline, he was loving his muscular frame. Mark was really supportive and constantly told Liam how great he was doing.

Mark started inviting Liam over more often and that meant that Liam was smoking more often. A few with Mark now and again was ok he thought. But Liam was working out every day, so every day he'd fill up on protein shake, drinking whisky and was smoking multiple cigarettes. Mark always encouraged Liam to show off his body and be proud of his progress.

Liam and Mark spent more and more time together. Liams smoking was still increasing and was now smoking a few even when Mark wasn't around. It was only a few to help him relax he told himself.

The banter between them was electric and the competitive nature would sometimes get the better of them. The drinks and smokes were now a nightly occurrence.

After months of working out, drinking, smoking and the high calorie protein shake, Liam was exactly what Mark wanted him to be. Liam had practically moved in now and whilst they still worked out, they would laze around on the sofa together every night, just enjoying each others company.

Ryan was a normal lad. Kept quite fit, worked quite hard and was quite popular. His dad, pretty typical for the area they lived was overweight, smoked constantly and sat around the house whenever he could. They did have a good bond though, they particularly enjoyed watching the football together.

Each night. Ryans dad would smoke non-stop. It used to annoy Ryan but he eventually got used to it.

Ryan's dad was always proud of his son. They often enjoyed their evenings with a couple of beers and his dad still smoking constantly, not caring for how much second hand smoke Ryan was breathing in.

Ryan started College and waved goodbye to his Dad. He was starting a new chapter in his life and was excited.

His Dad was a gas engineer.A job that fit him perfectly.

College often finished early so Ryan was home alone. He wondered what he could do to pass the time until his Dad got home.

Ryan sat on the sofa thinking about the day. He spotted one of his Dad's cigarette packs on the table. He wondered what is was like to smoke like his Dad.

Ryan picked up the pack and read the side. "Smoking is highly addictive, don't start" it said. Ryan knew his Dad was heavily addicted, but he wondered if just one, to try it would be ok?

Dad wouldn't be home for another hour. Ryan's curiosity got the better of him and he decided to try one.

Ryan had seen his Dad light up thousands of times, and copied him with no problems. Smoking was strange at first and he didn't cough. Probably because of the amount of second hand smoke he was used to. Half way through, he knew he was enjoying smoking. He lay back and relaxed to enjoy the feeling even more.

Ryan's dad soon returned home and he didn't notice a thing. Their night was as normal as always, actually, better than normal.

The next day, Ryan went to college as normal and his Dad went to work. When Ryan returned home he saw there was a pack of cigarettes on the table again.

Ryan was tempted. He'd tried it once and was fine. Another smoke would be fine wouldn't it? He picked up the pack and smoked again. Ryan was surprised that he enjoyed this cigarette even more.

Each day for the rest of the week. Ryan arrived home before his Dad and smoked.

It came to Friday and Ryan and his Dad had pizza. As usual, Ryan had already smoked before his Dad got home so was still feeling pretty buzzed. They had a few beers and enjoyed the evening.

Later that night, after many beers, Ryan went to the toilet but when he came back he found his Dad asleep on the sofa. Ryan was feel adventurous.

After the beers, Ryan was tempted for a smoke so decided to sneak outside and have a cigarette. Another one when drinking was ok he thought. He accidentally kept the pack of cigarettes in his pocket.

The next day, Ryan and his Dad had a chilled time. But in the afternoon, his Dad said he needed to go to the shop for more cigarettes. Ryan felt a surge of excitement and seized the opportunity to have a smoke while his was out. He was glad that he had 'accidentally' kept the pack from last night.

Each day for the next few weeks, Ryan would have a cigarette when he got home from college. Sometimes he would have 2 if he was home early.

Ryan found himself 'accidentally' keeping hold of one of the many packs that his Dad left lying around. He ended up tempted to smoke in the day with some of his new college mates.

Ryan enjoyed smoking a lot more than he thought and he was starting to get cravings. He started making excuses to go out for a walk in the evenings.

One Friday when it was raining outside. Ryan's Dad had fallen asleep on the sofa after a few beers. Ryan was feeling desperate but knew he couldn't go outside. He decided to sneak a smoke while his Dad slept. He felt a rush of excitement for doing something so risky.

In fact, it was so exciting, Ryan did it again.

Ryans cravings were getting worse. He was now smoking on the way to college as well as with his mates during breaks and lunchtimes. Ryan knew it was getting out of control but he enjoyed smoking too much.

Stealing cigarettes from his Dad wasn't enough any more. One of his new college mates started to supply him with a few extra packs every few days.

Ryan still enjoyed smoking a few cigarettes when he got home. Long gone are the days when it was just one or 2, Ryan was now trying to squeeze in as many as he could before his Dad came home. One day, his Dad arrived early from work and to his shock, Ryan was caught in the act.

To his surprise, Ryan got no lectures or speeches, just told that his Dad knew that he was smoking because too many cigarettes were going missing. They sat on the sofa together and this time, his Dad lit 2 cigarettes and passed one to Ryan. His Dad was proud of Ryan no matter what.

Ryan thought briefly about trying to quit, but with his Dad now offering him a cigarette whenever they were at home together, there was no point. Ryan now smoked almost as much as his Dad and had to get a part time job to afford the habit. He didn't mind though, him and his Dad were closer now than ever.
