If any one was interested. Here’s what I’m calling finished these days! How do we feel about it?
I had so much fun drawing this piece!!! I actually think it’s one of my better pieces from this year
Again this is inspired by Gabriel Picolo’s design of the teen titans as teens!
This is a tribute illustration I was requested to make for a project in which I was lucky enough to be a guest artist :) As you’ll have guessed I’m sure, the tribute is to Disney animation studios ! As a kid and teen I loved the animated classics passionately, and as a budding artist I admired their animators to no end. This admiration has been painfully obvious in my style for a long time in the past, and it took many other influences, trips, artists and experiences to later broaden it, which enabled me to give it a much more personal turn and make it my very own :) Sadly I do not own all this wonderful merchandise XD But I really wanted to drop hints to all my favorite movies and characters. Guest starring Duncan MacLeod, my corgi, and the Treasure Planet poster that has graced my room since the day I saw the movie in theatres in 2002.

Somehow, we haven’t uploaded ANY of our Krieg and Tiny Tina onto Tumblr. Time to change that! These photos were all taken by Insomniac Studios at a dilapidated paint factory. It was a crazy experience that involved spotting a fire on site and the fire department showing up (not because of us!). Still, we got some great shots out of it. Enjoy!

Healthy Tips and Tricks! Simple Weight Loss Guide!
Drink 1 class of ice cold water every hour. or 1 large piece of raw fruit. [makes you feel full, and helps skin complexion.] [your body will burn calories to bring the water to normal temperature in order to digest it.] [drink as much as you can, but try not to go over 1 gallon per day due to health risks.] [if you feel starving drink 2 full glasses to feel more full before eating.] [add some lemon, it shrinks your stomach and is an appetite suppressant.] [chicken or broth cubes with hot water. low in calorie for some flavor with that water.]
Drink 3 cups of green tea daily. [boosts metabolism, antioxidants help skin complexion.] [good to drink directly after a meal to avoid other cravings.]
NO other drinks. [except caffeine free zero calorie diet sodas. i drink the white can pepsi.] Take vitamins daily. [not on an empty stomach! or they won’t have anything to catalyze with.]
Eat ice or gum when hungry. [body will think you gave it food, with little or no calories.] [low calorie hard candies.]
Exercise. [burn more calories than you eat.] [if you feel hungry, so sit ups.] [watch TV or listen to music while you exercise. it will make the time pass more quickly. but do NOT eat in front of the tv.] [at least 15 minutes at a time. crunches. run in place. bursts of exercise raise metabolism.] [first thing in the morning. every morning. burning fat since you have no calories in your stomach.] [dance to some up-beat/high-tempo music while cleaning.]
Cold showers. [body will burn calories when heating itself up.] Lower the temperature in your apartment. [again, your body will burn calories to heat up.] Brush your teeth when you’re hungry. [you won’t be tempted to eat with a minty flavor in your mouth, makes everything taste gross!] [3-4 times a day.]
Sleep. [at least 6 hours a day to prevent lowering your metabolism.] [do NOT sleep within an hour after eating or the calories will be stored as fat.]
Good posture. [sit up straight, you burn 10% more calories.] [eat with your non-dominate hand. you become more aware of how much you’re eating.] [put your fork down after each bite. you’ll think before picking it back up to eat more.]
NO Alcohol. [way to many calories. not worth it.] When you do eat, eat no more than what you can fit in your hand. [if your stomach expands to fit more food, you’ll want to eat more and more often because your stomach is larger!]
Smell coffee. [it suppresses your appetite. don’t drink the high sugary stuff.] [regular red bull is better then sugar-free red bull. sweeteners make you gain weight faster than natural sugars.] Eat SLOWLY. [it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain it is full!]
Fiber. [low calories, and it fills you up. add to all liquids and food when you can.] [healthy way to cleanse your system.] Celery. [you burn more calories eating it then it actually has.] [eat some every hour if you can, it will keep you plenty full, and with “negative calories.”]
BAD FOODS. [do not eat nuts.] [do not eat dairy. especially cheese.] [milk: only drink ½ cup of low-fat or skim if you must. it can somewhat help stage off hunger.] [do not eat chocolate.] [do not eat chips.] [do not eat dried fruits.] [avoid sugary fruits. grapes. bananas. kiwi. mango. papaya.] [do not eat pastas.] [red meats.] [salad dressing. use lemon as a substitute.] [butter.]
GOOD FOODS: [cold water. ice.] [vegetables. carrots. spinach. ] [fresh fruit. Apples. Pears. Oranges.] [egg whites. NEVER yolks.] [certain soups. look at the label. add lots of water if it’s a broth.] [chicken. steamed fish. tuna for protein.]
SUBSTITUTES: [oil -> unsweetened applesauce. exact substitute, same amount] [substitute egg.] [full cream -> lite milk or soy milk.] [salad dressing -> a little lemon for a zest.]
