frankly w the time rewards it feels like they're treating character quests as part of the archon questline now. and i'm really not that mad about it it really feels like events that you can play the stories of after the patch has ended. the timeline adds credence to that too so maybe i'm just stating the obvious but ehh

back from my vacation and ready to explore the last little bit of fontaine YIPPEEEE i always feel like i get more into genshin when it's warmer out. altho i have art fight next month so i gotta cram it in now while i can

locked in and finished erinnyes exploration... i still have some world quests and all of nostoi/secret area but god this feels good. fontaine exploration is so satisfying. imo the new compasses are nice but also the hidden chest mechanic takes away the satisfaction of finding a puzzle on your own. idk. i mean i don't NEED to use it but also i like having some kind of direction for the more obvious chests like the older compasses do. maybe doing one of those little yellow circles showing where something could be would be a better idea. or maybe i'm just talking out of my ass

well once this is done i'll have just erinnyes (71%) windrest (58%) and nostoi/hidden area i still have not been spoiled on (...4% on the main map) and then i'll have every area 100%ed. and then i can work on perfecting my characters & doing the character quests/hangouts i haven't gotten around to yet. and then i'll have won genshin (i'm going insane in the mind)
