A Heart-To-Heart Conversation
Thereโs a kind of pain that leaves you wordless, not because thereโs nothing to say, but because you know saying it wonโt help. We live in a time where venting is praised as therapy, where baring your wounds to anyone willing to listen is mistaken for healing. But Iโve learned, sometimes the hard way, that not every ache needs an audience. Some battles are too sacred for the crowd. The truth is, not everyone deserves to know what youโre going through, and most canโt help you even if they did.
When you constantly offload your pain onto people, hoping theyโll carry what they were never built to bear, you end up more hollow than before. Every complaint shared with the wrong ears chips away at your strength; it doesnโt lighten the burden, it weakens the soul.
Real healing doesnโt come from sympathy; it comes from turning to the One who already knows what youโre not saying. The One who doesnโt need your explanation, doesnโt measure your worth by your brokenness, and doesnโt grow tired of your return.
He is the One who, when asked sincerely, doesnโt just patch the wounds but redefines the story. He replaces what was taken, brings warmth to what went cold, and restores what seemed shattered beyond repair. And He does it without judgment, no guilt trips, no reminders of your faults, just mercy: layered, constant, endless mercy.
Some wounds are invitations in disguise, signs that itโs time to stop looking outward and fall into the silence where only He (swt) hears you, where healing begins not with noise but with surrender.
So if youโre hurting, donโt reach for noise; reach for Him.
Thereโs only One who truly can.
And in this age of absence, when everything feels out of place and out of reach, brothers and sisters, donโt forget the one who was promised to carry the weight of the worldโs suffering. Imam Al Mahdi (a.s) was never sent to simply observe our pain; He was sent to lift us out of it. But He doesnโt respond to noise; He responds to hearts that quietly break in Allahโs presence, that quietly rise in loyalty, that quietly hold on while the world lets go.
So hold your pain like a secret between you and your Creator. Try to complain only to the One who created your soul and the one [Imam Mahdi] who was entrusted with guiding it.
Let the world see your silence; let Allah (swt) hear your storm.
And know that in those private tears, in that sacred space between heartbreaks and hopes, your connection with Imam Al Mahdi (a.s) is forming stronger than ever.
