hey btw i'd better not see anyone hunting down fancypants or anybody from berry mountain today

listen. basically, last session sucked and we're all tired and hurt and angry. so i understand if a lot of people are thinking about taking revenge. and i hear you!! god is it tempting. but also, i need anyone who might be planning something to hear me out for a bit, please. thank you

(also, for those who won't be reading all that, it's my good friend @hyding-somewhere's birthday so you guys had better not fuck it up for him. anyways!!)

listen. "no consequences" is bullshit. like i've already said, if you hear "no consequences" and think "so i can be a complete asshole and no one gets to be mad at me after," you're clearly just an asshole already and people will obviously be mad at you. YOU still fucked up, and it is YOUR responsibility to redeem yourself in the eyes of others. and even then, people still may not forgive you. you're going to have to grow up and learn to live with that. your actions will have consequences.

...but also, those consequences need to stay firmly social. because no matter how badly you were hurt, how much you might sincerely believe they deserve it, if you escalate your revenge to violence, that means the violence of last session has only continued. and that, too, will have consequences, not just on you and whoever you've sought as a target, but on everyone. including those who are completely innocent, including those who were also hurt last week. we cannot allow this to become a normal response to conflict. it will only hurt more people.

i'm asking that today we focus on recovery and just try to take it easy, okay? partially because GOD knows we all need it, but also because like i said, it's my friend hyde's birthday!! and fancypants, licorice & the others have already put him through a fucking stupid unfair amount of stress in the past few weeks, lying about him and smearing his name constantly. and so if you can't do it for him, can you AT LEAST do it to spite them?

oh come on. the tnt was meant to kill people, not property. it's not my fault you all decided to convene in the community center. it barely broke anything, anyways. i went over to help rebuild but you'd already completed it by the time i was there! that's how easy it was!

and if "being an asshole" means killing people who were already supposedly going to kill themselves (again, with no consequences!), then sure. i'm an asshole. and i'm not sorry about it.

I was so so scared I tried looking for you all for so long I couldn't find any of you and when I did find you guys you all chased me! I was very frightened! I wasn't sure if douglas was still upset. thank you for messaging! to clarify: my statement was targeted at a group, not an individual. but i do agree with your point, and i fully intend to make up for this by any means necessary. i do not expect to be forgiven, but i do expect better of myself, and i must stress that my actions did not come from a place of not caring. despite my recklessness, my spite, and my unprofessionalism, this goal of community and safety is the reason that i am here. it is my calling, my purpose of sorts. everything surrounding it, everything that it is, is who i am. i will not let this happen again. i promise on my life that i will do better.

and by "on my life" i mean all three of them technically LOL yknow because we have three of them

i also want to stress that i do not want to be the sole source here. i welcome any help that is to come. it will not change my direction either way, i will build this future no matter who is building it with me. but i do not want to be the sole representation of my cause. i am too flawed for that.

good morning, everyone! i would like to thank you all for reminding me of my responsibility here and putting me back on track. there's no excuse for my unprofessionalism yesterday and i am deeply sorry, and will do my best to ensure it does not happen again.

while i stand by the point i was trying to make, i did not make it well. i believe i owe you all honesty in admitting that the subject of discussion is a sensitive one for me, due to reasons that are personal and that i will not elaborate on. the events that transpired struck a deep part of me that i usually keep to myself, and unfortunately, i was not entirely in my right mind for the rest of that night, which is the reason why i lashed out.

my intent was not to bring harm to anyone, but that does not negate the damage that was done. i acknowledge that in the mental state i was in at the time, i should not have posted anything at all until i was able to think more rationally. this was entirely my mistake, and i take full accountability.

in the position i am in, it's vital that i don't let my own personal baggage get in the way of my work, and i failed that last night. but, of course, mistakes happen! especially in a world where mental health care is, unfortunately, not the most accessible.

i intend to learn from this and use this incident as a springboard to grow, and do much better in the future. thank you to everyone for your patience. i will be responding to other criticism sent in as soon as i can- although i will be a bit busy today, so responses may be a little slow.

PLEASE ensure that you are with a safe group as the server can be incredibly dangerous especially for those who are younger !! don't go alone without a trusted adult, don't go into unlit areas at night ESPECIALLY not without at least iron (but preferably diamond or above) armor, and most importantly listen to the adults around you as long as they have your safety in mind, but if they tell you to do anything harmful to yourself or others get the fuck out of there

the community shelter will always strive to be a safe place for everyone so if you ever feel unsafe in your current residence you will have support here!! just remember to stay on your toes. people aren't always what they seem to be, here. don't put your trust in people unless they really earn it
