Dog Elvis won the 3rd place in the competition. Both my girls liked this short film the most! We happened to see Elvis coming on stage to get his price,) Good, dedicated hunter! 

My pick happened to be a TropFest 2012 Winner - Emptys. We saw a lot of interesting, breathtaking or funny short films that Sunday evening in Bryant park. However, this one seem to capture a set of deep problems this country has. A lot of people are struggling to survive here in New York. Maybe they don't collect cans for living but their life is NOT easy. It's just not. 

New York is a pretty crazy city. So, when you are out a lot you can find all that craziness that is hidden to the eye of a tourist or a newcomer. This is what happened to me Sunday night. Don't ask how but I found myself in this place called 'Lips'. I should say it was very entertaining and the ladies were dressed to impress. Ha. But I still have mixed fillings about it. What is the purpose of this lip-singing at all??

At 3 am in the subway McDonald's saves hungry people.

Advise of the day: WALK! Walking is good. It clears your brain, brings more air to your lungs and let you discover new things what you would definitely miss staying home. Happy summer, New Yorkers!

OK, LOLOLOLOL. This probably shouldn't be our first post but it is,) It's too funny not to share,) Watch and learn and we'll follow up with some more stories,) This is How We do IT! Three models demonstrate professional ghetto walk. Here are the instructions: 1 - walk fast criss-crossing your feet as much as you can; 2 - move your hips and shoulders a lot! it gives you that edgy look; 3 - strike a pose and make a "sexy face," send kisses to the audience (they love it).
