Reality Shifting Update
i haven’t attempted to shift for a while. however, today i was on amino and i read something about “the void state.” essentially, the void state is when you’re trying to shift but you just feel like you’re in the void. The best way I can describe it is that it feels like you’ve fallen into the void in minecraft. I’ve been to this void before I ever even knew what it was called, so I was intrigued to learn more about it. It’s not dangerous, and according to the amino post, it is super easy to manifest while you’re in the void state. So this morning I went to the void state and i manifested that i reality shifted before i went back to school in the fall. i will probably try to reality shift sometime this week. wish me luck!

i HIGHLY recommend using a sleep mask. the first time i ever tried to shift with one, i went straight to the void state (and this was before i knew what the void state was). everyone is different, but the sleep mask really worked for me

My Tips to a Healthy Lifestyle
The road to a healthy lifestyle is a journey. I used to fall prey to putting time limits on myself for what I should be achieving and if that’s something you do, quit. Living a healthy lifestyle, getting fit, eating “better”, and etc is all a process. It is not a destination but a continued process and a way of life.
Don’t be so hard on yourself, think positively, practice self affirmations
Take it week by week or even day by day. This journey is not meant to be quick or easy.
Break down big goals, set smaller goals, set specific goals. Ex: l want to lose 60 lbs by end of 2020 (big/specific goal), but I will continue to strive to just lose 5 lbs at a time regardless of how long it actually takes me
Create daily habits: drinking 96 oz of water, exercising for 15 min, getting to bed by 11:00 PM, etc. Small changes add up to create big effects
Have a reason(s) for why you are on this journey and make sure it’s for YOU. Ex: I believe to be successful it needs to be for you, your health, etc. To lose weight to get attention from said person just isn’t enough. I know in the past I would try to lose weight so my parents would stop commenting about it but once I reached a point where I didn’t care what they thought I didn’t care about losing weight and getting healthy so I quit. I made it about them instead of about me. Now it’s about me and your journey should be about you!
Slowly cut out processed foods, fast foods, sugary drinks and introduce whole foods, vegetables, fruits and grains
Learn to make those desserts and treats on your own because there are healthier versions/recipes of everything
Consistency, persistence and determination are very important especially when times get hard and life becomes stressful. Just keep going!
REMEMBER: Creating a healthy lifestyle is a journey not a destination. Healthy habits shouldn’t stop once you’ve achieved your goals.
