Prettier than Narcissus himself.

“You look familiar!” 

Zen smiled, immediately taking a seat across the youtuber. He was still rather new to Bellevue but was willing to make connections even if their jobs where somewhat different. And to spot someone internet famous was certainly exciting!

He hasn’t stepped foot in a school since he was thirteen years old. And he didn’t think he would but his manager told him to familiarize himself with the setting, since he’ll be acting the role of a rowdy student in one of the upcoming shows.

Easier said than done. Why they hired a twenty something instead of an actual teenager was beyond him. Then again, they did need someone to draw in the intended audience. Such was his fate.

Where was he even suppose to start? It was a good thing classes had ended or else he was sure the girls would crowd around him. Still, Zen didn’t know where to begin. He spotted a petite girl and tapped her shoulder, giving her one of his signature smiles.

Maybe it had been a bad idea going out for a coffee on a busy day. Not because of the long line, oh not that! Zen doesn’t mind waiting for a cup of coffee while his fans admire him. In fact, the more they gushed over him, the more he liked it.

But it was a hassle once he got to the counter, ready to order his latte, when the girls around him kept on screaming. He couldn’t even hear what the barista was saying from across the counter.

Zen gave the barista a look, something along the lines of ‘help me’. Hopefully he got the message across.

“Achoo!”

Agony. Pure and utter agony. Zen was sure he was dying - he could see the light at the end of the tunnel and oh what a shame someone as beautiful as him would leave the world too early. All because of a stupid allergy.

He sneezed again and groaned. Zen rolled over and grabbed his cellphone, quickly sending a text message to a friend of his.

Zen: Dude.

Zen: Did you have a cat over here again?!

Zen: Knowing very well that I’m allergic...

Zen: How could you.

The day had been long and tiring. From photo shoots to practicing lines for his upcoming performance, it seemed like he wouldn’t be able to catch a break. But finally, after long hours of work, the day seemed to becoming to a close. His manager dismissed him and Zen went home.

Residing in Bayside Living had it’s perks. For starters, it was near the beach. And the beach was a perfect setting for selfies. Well, anywhere really. But today he decided to hit the clubhouse for a much needed spa time. Besides, the residents were usually eating dinner so the place would be empty.

Once Zen got there, he found that the clubhouse was occupied by someone else. Strange, he’d never seen the guy around. And yet... something about him was off. Zen shrugged it off and approached him.
