Cyrus stood up with the help of minecraft!sans. He looked at minecraft with a smile. 

“It was nice meeting you sans. I think your a fine monster to hang out with. I do wish we can meet again… and possibly… if I meet …my friend sans…I’ll be sure to let him know about seeing another sans”

Cyrus and sans looked at the direction where the person called out Ryan’s name. The voice sounded closer. Minecraft looked back at Cyrus then teleports, hidden in the tree. Cyrus around confused looking for Minecraft. Elijah came out of the bush and found Cyrus. 

“oh! there you Ryan! I thought you would be somewhere around here. C’mon lunch is ready. What are you looking for?” 

Cyrus looked around one last time to at least spot the skeleton but no luck. He walk towards Elijah’s direction then head back. “Nothing, just…looking at the berries and grass and trees.” 

Elijah raises his eyebrow as he follows Cyrus behind. Then he shrugs, “Alright if you say so”. Elijah turned his head and peaked over looking at where Minecraft was hiding. Sans stayed silent and watched Elijah take Cyrus away. Elijah knew a monster was watching them but he didn’t bother doing anything about it. 

He always wondered how Cyrus is meeting new people, monsters, and demons. Why is he interacting with them or why are they interacting with the king mostly day. by. day?

Minecraft Sans was sitting under a tree surrounded by blueberry bushes. He was looking over some data that he had collected when he heard a noise coming from a direction.

He sifted his gaze toward the direction and the data had disappeared and turned into a sword. He was used to living in Minecraft. He didn’t know who it was but he thought it was an enemy

From the distance an blond boy came out of the blueberry bush. Something about him was wrong. He had his arm wrapped around his stomach as he was walking oddly. He suddenly fell to the ground not moving. 

When he saw him starting to fall. Minecraft teleported to him, dropping his sword. Thinking he wasn’t a enemy of any sorts. It disappeared soon after he dropped it. He grabbed him, making sure he didn’t fall to the ground all the way. Looking concerned. Minecraft picked him up slightly.

He was wondering why he fell. Was he exhausted. Maybe, than he remembered that he was holding his stomach. He looked to see if there was any wound.

He started looking around, he didn’t want to pick any of the berry because Minecraft didn’t know if they were poisonous. At least he didn’t know how to tell the difference. He than remembered that he had food in his inventory.

Minecraft felt like and idiot for forgetting this. He went over to him quickly.

He pulled up the data again. Taking a couple minutes to figure out where they were.

Something started to appear in his hand.

He held out his hand and an apple appeared.

He sighs satisfied. Then the boy looked Minecraft, eye to eye. His blinked. He remembers a skeleton with that face, although he never had marks on his face or cubes around him. But he ignored that, he was just glad to see a familiar face. “Sans? Is that you? What are you doing here?”

Minecraft was about to ask him if he wanted another but was stopped when he started to speak.

He was a little confused. Starting to think if they have met before but he had no memory of the meeting.

He waited for him to finish his sentence. He thought of a way to respond. He sat there saying nothing for a couple minutes.

He than started to speak after the long silence. “I’m sorry but I think you have me confused with another person” “I am a Sans but I don’t think I’m the person your thinking of” he tried to put it in a nice way because he didn’t want to seem rude.

“It completely fine. I don’t want you to starve but if your sure than okay. I’m glad your doing better” he had a more serious tone when he said this. He was still worried after what happened just a couple minutes. He thought the Cyrus was hurt after all. He let it go accepting he would be okay if Cyrus said so.

The next question caught him of guard for a little. He wasn’t sure if he should answer this but even though they had just met. He seemed to trust Cyrus. “Hmm…” He looked at Cyrus and started to answer his questions

“I’m from a far away place…… Called Minecraft.” “As you can probably guess it where I got my name from”

“I left wanting to explore other places.” “My home can be very dangerous if your not careful. I wanted to get away from that as well but I still have to be careful” he sighed.

He noticed he was rambling “Sorry” “Anyways what about you?”

Cyrus felt like he was in the same place as sans. That he wanted to explore other places. Except to find a place where he can call “home”. Cyrus looks up at minecraft!sans. “I…I’m going to the Promise Land. A friend of mine said it’s nice place where I can live and make my own family there.” he said forcing a smile.

He started to remember bit and piece of his home. He did and didn’t miss home at the same time. He loved exploring his Home but he was alone for a long time. No one to talk to or explore with so when he finally learned to open portals to au. He left. He could finally make friends and have those new adventure. He had these thoughts while listening to Cyrus. He looked at Cyrus once again.

“The Promise Land?” He was a little confused and surprised but by the name of it, it almost sounds like a pacifist route.

…. “Well do you want to go?” “I mean it would be nice to have a family and a place to live but home isn’t just were your from or where you go” “It is were you make it.. if you don’t like the place your going than that probably not going to to be home” he wasn’t very good at this but he noticed that he was forcing smile. He himself did that a lot. He wanted to give him some advice or try to cheer him up even if he wasn’t good at either of those.

Cyrus thought for a second. “I guess I do want to go. I mean … where else can I go when someone gave me an opportunity to head to the place they said it’s amazing, right?“ He rubs his arm nervously and thinks more. “I… trust Elijah… he’s caring…and helpful…”. Cyrus felt sick when mentioning these lies. Deep down Cyrus feels something is off with Elijah. 

Cyrus looked up when he heard call his name from the distance. Sans looked up as well. Cyrus nervously looked at sans and chuckled awkwardly. “O-oh I think my friend is calling me eheheh…I should… get going…”

He held out his hand to help Cyrus up if he wanted it. As soon as he put his hand back down his sleeves covered his arms again.
