The fast food is really starting to affect my health. I get out of breath more easily, my clothes are fitting tighter every week, and I feel heavier doing even simple things. I keep telling myself I’ll slow down, but I always end up going through another drive-thru. The scale keeps climbing, my appetite keeps growing, and I can’t seem to stop thinking about my next meal. Every greasy burger, fries, and milkshake is catching up with me, and it’s becoming harder to ignore the changes my body is going through.
