meeting Her at the river

man this piece has really been through the ringer! i’ve painted and repainted pretty much every part of it. process images incoming for my $5+ patrons!

The setting of the scene is a secluded waterfall in a glade. Sunlight beams down on the mossy rocks where a pale woman with red hair sits in a gold toga-like dress. Her expression is pensive as she sits with her cheek on the back of her hand, her elbow on her knee. She holds out a shining red and gold fruit in her other hand casually. The mermaid is mostly submerged in the pool of water with only her dark-skinned upper chest, head, and neck visible, with the finned part of her tail coming up out of the water behind her. She has shimmering, almost iridescent in appearance, pink hair with hints of yellow and blue, which her tail matches. Sparkles float around her in the air as she gazes at the woman with intrigue.
