We are an AU roleplay group for the television show 24 set after the events of ‘24: Live Another Day’.  The story is set internationally, where CTU agents and freelancers alike can interact as they wish.

Our plot has undergone some twists and changes, and you can find details here.

The year is 2014. Who else will die? Who else is still alive? It’s up to you to decide.

We are an AU roleplay group for the television show 24 set after the events of ‘24: Live Another Day’. The story fluctuates between London and America, and the phone lines and Internet are all open for our characters to interact with one another.

Our plot has undergone some twists and changes, as you will see below.

The year is 2014.

Jack Bauer is on his way back to the States as a newly reinstated CTU agent. The Russians are still trying to smoke him out, so he’s keeping his head low lest they capture him.

Chloe O’Brian has re-joined society in the United States at the request of Jack after he is cleared of the crimes against his name. She works as a freelance agent, and is often enlisted to help as Jack embarks on his missions.

Simone Al-Harazi has defected from her mother, Margot Al-Harazi, and has turned herself in to CTU in return for clemency. She awaits trial for her war crimes; however, Margot managed to make her escape with the device that would allow her governance over international armed forces.

Audrey Boudreau is not dead. However, the bullet wound to her abdomen dealt her life-threatening damage, and she is currently fighting for her life back in the States.

Mark Boudreau doesn’t know whether Audrey is dead or alive. He currently awaits trial for treason; the verdict is uncertain and he will have to stand before the High Jury for sentencing.

James Heller has resigned from presidency and the government. His mental state has deteriorated fast, and it is all he can do to remember his daughter’s name.

Kate Morgan transferred to United States’ CTU after finding out the truth about her husband’s suicide.

Adrian Cross is still at large, trying to evade CTU’s capture. He is vying to reacquire the device stolen by Margot Al-Harazi. Steve Navarro, CTU traitor,remains in contact with him and is attempting to figure out a rendezvous point where they can regroup and make their long-term escape.

Jordan Reed managed to evade injury during his short time in the field, but didn’t manage to apprehend his assailant.He accompanied Kate back to the US, and now works for CTU under an agent exchange program, doing field work training whenever he gets the chance.

Cheng Zhi is plotting his escape after Jack managed to apprehend him. He intends to come after Jack, Audrey, and everything else precious to Jack.

Auditioning:

This group has no age restriction, but we ask that you would please be honest about your age in your audition.

We accept auditions twice a week. Please bear with us, and sorry for the wait.

We have a 24-hour policy regarding character reservations. This means that we will await your audition before accepting.

We are looking for aspiring and seasoned writers alike. If English isn’t your first language or if you’re not confident in your prose, we’d be more than willing to offer help if needed. Don’t worry; no one’s a bad writer around here!

Activity:

We are not strict with activity; however, if you play a character in high demand (e.g. Jack Bauer), we expect you to be active at least once every three days. We may have to reopen your character if you’re inactive for longer.

Photosets, music, gif chats and posts in the OOC blog do not count as activity. We’d appreciate if you’d fulfil activity requirements with at least a 500-word thread per week.

Please notify the main before taking a hiatus. It’s just a formality, and we will definitely give you all the time as you need.

  Role-playing:

We’d love to see interactions between everyone; no one should feel left out. Don’t worry if your character hasn’t been sucked into the storyline quickly – there’s always time, and if you shoot us a message we’ll help you work something out.

All major events should be run by us first; we encourage you to be creative, but we’d appreciate it if we knew about major plot-changes before they happened.

We don’t mind chats with gifs and/or icons. We’re very flexible!

Please tag possible triggers with ‘tw’, if it’s not too much bother. Putting [TW] in front of a thread title would be a much-appreciated extra precaution. Thank you for your understanding – we would like to respect our fellow role-players here.

There will be mature content in this group – violence, smut, et cetera. If you’re not comfortable with that, maybe this isn’t the right group for you. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, though, if you’re willing to compromise!

There might be triggering content. Please be aware – we hope that triggers will be properly tagged, and that ‘Read More’ will be used when needed.

Please ask before playing the following: self-harm, substance abuse, rape, domestic violence, eating disorders and suicide. If you’re unsure about something, we’re definitely open to questions – other than that, we hope that you’ll use your judgement wisely.
