The cooling tray on Big Bertha has a screen that allows air to flow through the beans, so they don't roast any longer than they should. Our little doo-hickey, "Spike, " is rolled along the screen to remove any obstructions, keeping the roasted beans at perfection and Bertha at top efficiency.
