Coaching session today at the #SpartanTransformation Class 2 Batch 14. Every week the participants share their issues, personal chqllenges as well as breakthroughs. Discovered a tea spot in P. Burgos Street in Makati. Been trying out their original teas. What's amazing about it is I can choose sugar levels from 100%, 75% 50% 25% and even zero percent sugar. I just realized that even at zero sugar, it still taste sweet in my taste buds. Now I can enjoy teas at its heathy form. #365gratefulness 2.15.2013 (at Infinitea)

"Taho". A concoction of protein-rich soy hand-blended with sweet "arnibal" (liquid brown sugar) and sago using a long laddle made of aluminum. Best consumed in the breakfast morning.
