1nb announced disbandment on april 27th, 2018. the members are still signed under the same company but will no longer promote together. shinhye posted her thoughts on the groups’ instagram:
thank you for all the people who supported me for a long time…1nb, staffs, my fans and friends! even i couldn’t tell you all the things but it’s ok now! ^_^ during my time as a member of 1nb, i’ve learned a lot of things from you all. it was a beautiful and valuable memory for me. i will always be with you, my members even though you’re going to have your own individual activities!! and finally, to all my friends, thank you for always taking care of me!!! from now on i’ll be more confident!!
