my rules for this coming November (2019) 🍽🚫
• constantly drink water. 2l minimum per day
• don’t go over 800 calories per day
• walk instead of taking the bus to school
• don’t eat lunch at school
• if lunch at school is necessary, only have fruit or veg and have diet coke FIRST.
• 20-30 minute workout after school each day
• try to fast 1 or 2 days a week (it’s hard for me as my family eat most meals together)
• take part in PE at school
• if i have time during lunch break at school, walk round the campus for 20 minutes to burn off extra calories
• no late night snacks. brush teeth immediately after dinner and get into bed so i’m not tempted to snacks
• stay vegetarian! no meat. makes it easier to eat more healthy
• get really into a hobby to distract myself from eating
• snacks that are allowed :
~ low cal popcorn (no flavourings)
i really hope i can stick to this. it’s my birthday on the first week of november so unfortunately i will have to eat a bit more than 600cals that day because i have family coming over and they always bring so much food and i can’t get away with eating little amounts.
